Authentico paints and other accessories we charge a standard delivery charge of £5.00 per order not per item.


We Offer Free Local Delivery -  Furniture

For local deliveries there is no delivery charge for deliveries and our white glove service whether 1 or 2 man delivery is required.

We will deliver, unpack, place in the room of choice, build wardrobes and beds, and remove all packaging.

We offer free delivery and free white glove service within 5 miles of our showroom.


Delivery Surcharges - Furniture

If you live in the far North of Scotland, in one of the following postcode areas, AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, LL, ML, PA, TQ, and TR you will have to pay an additional delivery surcharge: £45.00

Delivery to these areas can take up to 28 days.

We offer an unpack and build service for an additional £25 for the first item and £15.00 for additional items.


Our Delivery Terms and Conditions on Non Furniture Items

Our couriers service will call up to two times to deliver small items and will leave a calling card if no one is home. Contact the courier firm directly to re-arrange delivery or call our Customer Service team on 01484 687500. If the couriers service does not hear from you within 5 days, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will need to pay a re-delivery charge.


Delivery Times - Furniture Only

We do not expect you to wait in all day to wait for your delivery to arrive. We can provide a morning or afternoon delivery with an estimated delivery time plus you can request we phone you with notice prior to delivery.

In-Stock Items

Our standard delivery time on In-Stock items is within 7 - 14 days. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange the delivery of large, heavy or fragile items.


Pre-Order Items

Items that need to be pre-ordered generally arrive at our warehouse ready for dispatch within 2 - 6 weeks. We will confirm via email or telephone you order expected arrival date. You can phone or email us at any time and we will provide an estimated arrival date.


CHECK YOUR FURNITURE WILL FIT!!


Please check measurements of furniture to ensure the items will fit through doorways and up staircases, all our furniture is delivered as shown unless otherwise stated, we only sell quality furniture we do however dismantle wardrobes and beds prior to delivery and remove legs on tables to allow access and maneuverability, please note, our chest of drawers, sideboards, cupboards etc do arrive as one piece.

If furniture is returned to us because we cannot get it into your home, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange we make, plus you will be charged a restocking fee of up to 40 percent of your purchase cost. 


Store Purchase Returns


Our returns policy is simple. We will offer a full refund or exchange for any damaged item you bring back to our showroom in its original condition and with its original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Items returned in its' original condition after 7 days will only qualify for a credit note.


Please do not throw away any packaging until you are sure you are happy with your purchase. Items returned without it will not be eligible for a refund.


Online Purchase Returns

Returned items you have bought online is easy. Just send us a confirmation email to explain you wish to return the item, you must contact us within 24 hours and the item must be back with us within 7 days.  Your statutory rights will not be effected.


Standard and Large Items

You have 7 days from the day you receive any item to qualify for a refund or exchange and any items returned after 7 days will qualify for a credit note at Harrisons Interiors discretion.


Take care to carefully package items as we may not be able to refund you for any items that are damaged in transit. We will not be liable for any goods lost in transit and, unless there is something wrong with the item, you must pay for its return. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Please do not throw away any packaging until you are sure you are happy with your purchase. Items returned without it will not be eligible for a refund.


From the Day it is is delivered, please make sure the item is returned to us in a perfect condition and in its' original packaging. If you don't we will not be able to refund you.


We are not responsible for credit card interest charges incurred while you are waiting for any refund to be made.


Furniture Cancellation and Returns Policy for Web and Phone Orders

Any purchases made online by phone are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Please read the statement above under 'Check the furniture will fit' to make sure you understand your responsibilities before ordering any furniture items.


When you receive a delivery, check the goods. You will need to sign a form confirming the goods have arrived in perfect condition.


For furniture that is not from our "Made To Order" range you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. Make sure it is returned to us in a perfect condition and in its original packaging. If you cannot do this, we will no be able to refund you.


Any "Made To Order" furniture cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.


If you would like to return the furniture within seven days of delivery we reserve the right to keep a 40 percent re-stocking fee.


To cancel your order you must contact our mail order team either by e-mail to info@harrisonsinteriors.co.uk or by calling 01484 687500 within 7 working days from the day it is delivered. Make sure it is returned to us in a perfect condition and in its original packaging. If you are unable to do this, we will not be able to refund you.


Any Made To Measure Furniture ordered with your own choice of fabric or material cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once purchased.
