Our peace of mind return policy
Harrisons Interiors and our team take great pride in providing quality furniture for you and your home and hope that you are delighted with your furniture. However, if you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item and you are not happy with the furniture you have purchased from Harrisons Interiors, we offer a free return service and a full refund (excluding the delivery charge). Should you wish to use this service please follow these instructions:
Please call 01484 687500 at the earliest convenience. This must be done within 24 hours or the next working day from the day you received your item.
We will ask you for a photo of the damage, this can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, posted or via text, we will provide a mobile number upon request.
To claim a full refund the furniture must be: in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packagaing and received by us within 7 days.
Once the goods have been returned to us, we will inspect the item(s) then arrange a refund using the original payment method (i.e. credit/ debit card/ paypal/ cheque). Please note that the time it takes to re-credit funds to your bank depends on your bank and could be between 2-10 days.
