How quickly will my order arrive?
We try our very best to dispatch all orders placed within 24 hours if an item is in stock. Items not in stock, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Any orders places after that time will be dispatched the next available working day.
We will send a notification e-mail when your order has being dispatched.
What to do if I have a query regarding my order
If you have any questions or queries regarding your delivery please ring us on 01484 687500 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we cannot delivery your order within the specified time period we will make sure to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and will will provide a full refund.
Collect in person
You are more than welcome to come and collect your order from our Harrisons Interiors Showroom by choosing the relevant option at the checkout. There will be no charge for this service. Harrisons Interiors, 64 - 66 Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, HD9 3AZ.
You may return any item to us for any reason for refund for exchange, at our discretion, within 7 days of receipt. The customer must call Harrisons Interiors before returning any items.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and be fit for re-sale. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Harrisons Interiors reserves the right to charge a realistic fee for repackaging if the product is returned due to the Customer changing their mind.
We must be notified of any damages or missing / faulty goods, within 48 hours of delivery and we will need a full explanation and where appropriate, photographic evidence. We will either replace the damaged/faulty component or replace the product in its entirety at our discretion. If the customer decides to cancel the order they will fall liable for the cost of the delivery to them and also for the return. We suggest you obtain proof of posting when returning an item to us and use a signed for method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
Goods ordered in error will need to be returned at the Customer's expense. We are continually updating and improving our products therefore there may be changes in the product received to the one shown in the listing. We accept no liability for such changes. If you require an exact dimension we advise you contact us first as no liability will be accepted for any variances.
